What we do

Action creates
understanding.

We use sport, non-formal learning, creativity and cooperation to turn participation into lived experience.

OUR FIELDS OF WORK

01

Youth participation

Why it matters. Young people need real opportunities to influence, organise and contribute—not symbolic consultation.

How we work. Participatory workshops, mobility activities, peer learning, co-created sessions and reflection give ideas room to become action.

02

Grassroots sport & well-being

Why it matters. Movement can support health, confidence, resilience, teamwork and social connection.

How we work. RISE uses accessible sport and experiential learning in projects such as ERISEL and Green Goals.

03

Inclusion & intercultural learning

Why it matters. Participation is meaningful only when people with different backgrounds and experiences can take part equally.

How we work. We design group processes, activities and partnerships around access, dialogue and shared experience.

04

Digital youth work

Why it matters. Digital life shapes identity, information, relationships and civic participation.

How we work. We explore media literacy, responsible use of emerging tools and human-centred digital participation, including through Mind Over Machine.

05

Sustainability

Why it matters. Environmental learning becomes useful when it connects to everyday choices and community life.

How we work. We combine outdoor activity, practical learning and reflection on healthier, more sustainable habits.

06

European cooperation

Why it matters. International exchange lets organisations test ideas, compare experience and learn across contexts.

How we work. RISE develops and participates in Erasmus+ and European partnerships with NGOs, sport organisations and youth communities.
